This thoughtfully designed 90-minute experience is centered on the Heart Chakra (Anahata)—the energetic center of love, compassion, trust, and connection. Through gentle partner postures, supported stretches, and mindful breathwork, you’ll be guided into practices that encourage relaxation, presence, and mutual support. Heart-opening movements are paired with grounding techniques and soothing sound elements to calm the nervous system and create space for deeper connection—both with your partner and within yourself.
This workshop is accessible to all levels and emphasizes communication, awareness, and shared experience rather than physical intensity. You’re invited to move slowly, listen closely, and explore what it means to feel supported—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
