Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers your legs and torso to prevent skin irritation from the fabric. Remove jewelry and anything that could snag the hammock. We also ask that you wear a top that covers your arm-pits to protect the fabric.

Aerial Yoga is generally safe when practiced with a certified instructor and proper equipment. Instructors will ensure that participants use the hammocks safely.

The hammocks used in Aerial Yoga are typically only a few feet off the ground, so it's usually not an issue. However, if you have a fear of heights, inform your instructor, and they can provide extra support and reassurance.

For our public classes, we allow kids 12 and up, unless otherwise approved. For younger kids, we do offer Aerial parties as long as a guardian is present.

Arrive on time, turn off your cell phone, and follow the instructor's guidance. Be mindful of the space and other participants.

For credit, you must cancel more than 1 hour prior to the beginning of the class.
