Our unique methodology teaches you the details of the most common yoga inversions and arm balances you'll see in yoga classes and online. This workshop will offer a unique combination of strength-building strategic warmups, mobility training, mindset transformation content, and inversions and arm balance pose breakdowns that can make ANYONE want to go upside down and fly!!! Your current level of experience, strength, and flexibility is irrelevant. This workshop is for everyone and will enable you to take your practice to a new level.
2 CEC’s via Yoga Alliance will be issued at the completion of the workshop for people who are Yoga Alliance registered yoga teachers (YA RYT).
