Harmony in Transition :: Part Two :: Rest, Restore, Regulate

  • Tejas Yoga Lab 19911 North Cove Road Cornelius, NC, 28031 United States (map)

Menopause is not a single moment—it’s a transition that unfolds over time, often affecting strength, energy, sleep, mood, temperature regulation, and our relationship with our bodies. Harmony in Transition is a two-part yoga therapy workshop series designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause using accessible, evidence-informed yoga therapy tools.

Each session offers practical strategies, embodied practices, and supportive conversation to help you navigate hormonal shifts with greater awareness, confidence, and self-compassion. While each workshop can be taken on its own and offers meaningful benefit, the greatest support comes from attending both, creating a balanced foundation of strength and restoration. Book Now

Session Two: Rest, Restore, Regulate

Sunday, March 15, 2026 | 4:00–5:30 PM

This nurturing session is designed to counter fatigue, sleep disruption, mood changes, and nervous system overload—common experiences during menopause transitions. We again begin with a supportive group discussion before moving into deeply calming practices.

This session includes:

• Restorative and deep stretch postures to encourage release and recovery

• Breathwork to support sleep quality, mood balance, and energy regulation

• Nervous system regulation tools to ease night sweats, anxiety, and exhaustion

• Practical self-regulation strategies you can use at home and in daily life

Participants leave feeling soothed, replenished, and better equipped to rest deeply and recover fully.

Who This Series Is For:

• Women in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause

• Those experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, sleep changes, or mood shifts.

• Anyone seeking non-overwhelming, body-based tools for support and regulation

• No prior yoga experience required.

Investment: $45 per session $76.50 when both sessions are purchased together

Each workshop may be attended individually, but together they offer a complete approach—building strength and resilience first, then layering in deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Why Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy offers adaptable, practical tools that meet you where you are—honoring the changing body while supporting long-term health, regulation, and self-trust. This series is not about “fixing” menopause, but about learning to move through it with steadiness, care, and confidence.
